Shipping Info


Overview

Love & Adorn Interiors has carefully selected each of the brands and manufacturers that are featured on our site.

Depending on the supplier and your location, your order will ship via Australia Post, or another carrier. If your order includes multiple products from multiple manufacturers, you may receive separate shipments. Please note that most of our shipments contain valuable items, therefore our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery.

Standard Shipping Within Australia

This will be calculated in the shopping basket, depending on post code for delivery.

Freight Shipping

This promotion is for online purchases only. Certain items available on Love & Adorn Interiors - because they are too heavy or require special handling - are required to be shipped via a 3rd party freight carrier. We will quote you on the freight for these larger items. You will need to be present to sign for the item.

For larger items, please specify any special delivery instructions in the "order notes" area during checkout. Let us know about narrow streets, staircases in apartment buildings, etc. Some delivery companies may charge more if there are extraordinary shipping/delivery circumstances. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

With freight shipments, you are also required to inspect the packaging and items immediately upon receipt and indicate on the packaging and/or paperwork if there is visible damage. You may choose to refuse delivery of the item(s) only if the damage appears severe.
 Please note that for items that include free shipping, customers will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs on Freight Delivery returns that are not damaged or incorrect.

Lead Times

Certain articles are already in stock while others are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  We make every effort to ensure that your merchandise reaches you accurately and expediently. In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.  Your merchandise should then arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

For made-to-order articles and other items shipped directly from the manufacturer, lead time will vary with every manufacturer and it can range anywhere from 1 to 16 weeks. 
Each product’s detail page indicates the estimated lead time for every article. This information is noted below the price of the item for quick reference:  e.g. “This item usually ships within 1-2 weeks.’’

Returns

Customer Satisfaction
At Love & Adorn Interiors, we stand behind the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our store, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

Returns and Exchanges
Love & Adorn Interiors will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 7 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip. Returns without a receipt require a valid photo ID and will receive a Gift Certificate refund via mail.

Important: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Furniture Collection Return/Exchange Policy

At Love & Adorn Interiors, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our store. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at 0437 425 465 during business hours within 7 days. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.
